Emet Wireless measures your skin conductance (GSR, also called electrodermal activity) and sends it over Bluetooth to an app on your phone. Skin conductance reacts within seconds to how tense or relaxed you are, which makes it one of the most widely used signals in biofeedback.

Watch the signal live and find out which techniques really help you calm down: breathing exercises, visualization, music or a mind machine session.

Unlike the original Emet, there is no cable between the sensor and your phone. The sensor runs on its own rechargeable battery.

It is designed to be worn on two fingers or on the palm of your hand.

Emet Wireless is a biofeedback and relaxation training tool. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose or treat any condition.

About

Skin conductance changes with the activity of the sweat glands, which are controlled by the sympathetic nervous system. When you get tense, the signal rises; when you relax, it settles down. You see this in the app as a live graph.

Emet Wireless connects to your phone via Bluetooth Low Energy, so you can move freely during a session. It switches its measuring range automatically, so you do not have to set anything.
