When will my order be shipped and when can I expect it to arrive?

For tracking your order, please use the 17TRACK website. If you have not received your order tracking number via the confirmation e-mail, please contact our support.

What do I do if I received a different product than what I ordered?
If you've received an incorrent type of product, please contact our support with your order number or other proof of purchase and we will quickly resolve the issue.
