Sleep Phaser V3

The device is positioned near the bed — on a nightstand, attached to a wall or to the side of the bed frame, with the sensor facing the person in the bed. By monitoring your movement and breathing, it accurately detects your sleep phases.

Based on this input, Sleep as Android app uses the light to gradually help you fall asleep (with warm colors) and to gently wake you up (with white light that gradually gets brighter). You can also control the light via the touch sensor on the device.

The device monitors your breath rate, and the app reports any irregularities to you.
