Returns and refunds

We accept returns. You can return unopened items in the original packaging within 30 days from your purchase with receipt or proof of purchase. If 30 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.

If you want to return an item, you must inform us via email: info@happy-electronics.eu first. We will consider your reasons and let you know whether the transaction can be refunded. In case that refund is possible, we'll tell you to ship the item as a BrE recorded delivery mail to:

If the item isn't delivered to us within 30 days of dispatch, we cannot guarantee that the money will be refunded. The same applies if you ship an item to us before notifying us about your wish to return it. Unconfirmed returns may not be refunded.

We accept returns and refund money, only if:

(a) you received another item than ordered

(b) you received a damaged item, an item that doesn't work properly, an item with a cosmetic defect

(c) in all other cases, the decision will be made individually for each customer by our management

Payments for items defected by incorrect handling are not refunded.

Please note that if you are returning a defected device, you have to attach (i. e. in the package with the device) a written report containing brief information about the defect. Upon opening the package, we have to be sure what device, from whom and from which reason we are holding in our hands, so do not force us to waste time trying to find an email from you regarding the return. Returns, reclamations and requirements of warranty service not containing such a description may not be accepted.

Sellers of goods are obliged to guarantee the conformity of the goods with a contract, for a period of two years after the delivery of the goods.

In some cases, the defective/unsuitable device can be exchanged for another. The right of the decision in such cases belongs to the management of Happy Electronics.

Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges including customs and related fees are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the real cost of shipping. Please be aware that if we provide free shipping to you, it is not free to us, and these costs cannot be refunded. You will be always given back only the difference between what did you pay and our shipping costs.
